Unlike other sites which require you to sift through hundreds or even  thousands of videos to create a workout, we make it easy for you.  When you register, you fill out an intake questionnaire.  Tell us what you’re trying to accomplish and any injuries or limitations you have and we’ll craft weekly workout playlists designed to help you reach your goal.  As you progress through the program and provide feedback on your results, your weekly playlists will increase in intensity and push you to the next level.

With Kandis as your coach, and online trainer, you don't have to worry about commuting to a gym at inconvenient times. Get online and train with Kandis from the comfort of your livingroom, at a time that works for you!
